Participants and families can ask how their information is stored, request corrections, and talk through any concerns about privacy at any time.
Mirrored Mindset aims to make information and appointments as accessible as possible.
People can request interpreters, plain‑language or Easy Read information, support with forms, or different communication modes (phone, email, video) so they can participate comfortably.
Feedback, concerns and complaints are welcome and help improve the quality and safety of services.
